Born and raised in Kansas, Chris graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Tired of the Midwest, Chris and his family moved to South Carolina, where they first enjoyed the Columbia area for 8 years. In 2016, Chris, his wife Erin, and their two children, Brayden and Ashlynn, moved to Charleston to be even closer to the beach. Which is where you will find him and his family, including the fur baby Finn, when he is not advising clients. Prior to joining RealtyONEGroup Coastal, he worked in the human health field for 8 years and the animal health field for 4 years, but something was missing. Fortunately for Chris, his career in the health field has given him a huge advantage in sales and negotiations. With this advantage and Chris’s passion for helping people and creating lasting relationships, Chris has found his true calling as a real estate advisor. Having relocated a number of times in previous careers, he is a skilled relocation professional and enjoys helping people relocate and acclimate to the Charleston area!
